How we keep you safe.
Certified crew, no exceptions
Every skydive instructor holds a current USPA rating. Every dive guide is PADI MSDT or higher. Every helicopter pilot holds a GCAA commercial licence with 3,000+ hours. We verify before listing and re-verify annually.
AED 2M+ liability, per operator
Public liability insurance is the floor. Most operators on Go Rush carry AED 5M–10M coverage plus activity-specific policies for aviation, diving, and motorsport.
Audited quarterly
Our safety team visits every operator every 90 days. Unannounced. We inspect kit, review incident logs, interview crew, and watch real sessions. Failed audits mean immediate de-listing.
Weather authority at the top
Operators cannot override our conditions limits. When winds, visibility, or sea-state breach thresholds, every booking auto-cancels. Full refund. No pressure.
Transparent incident log
Near-misses, injuries, and equipment failures are published on each operator's page. The raw numbers. We believe you deserve to see them before booking.
24/7 guardian line
Every booking includes a direct line to Go Rush's on-call safety team. Real humans, reachable by WhatsApp, in under 90 seconds. Every day of the year.

Incidents are reviewed monthly by an independent safety committee (GCAA, RTA, and DCAS observers). Our full 2025 report is available on request at safety@gorush.ae.

- 01Declare health honestlyBlood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery. Each activity has clear medical limits — we would rather cancel and refund than see you get hurt.
- 02Show up rested, hydrated, soberAlcohol and adventure do not mix. Any crew may deny boarding. No refund in that case.
- 03Read the full briefingNot the TL;DR. The full one. Ask questions. Ask them twice.
- 04Photo ID & waiver readyEmirates ID or passport. Waivers are digital — sign before you arrive.

The Go Rush Guardian Line is staffed 24/7 by real safety responders who can contact your operator, arrange transport, dispatch medical help, and keep your family informed.
